Deposit A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to secure a Booking. This applies to all Bookings. The Booking is secured once the Agent has successfully received the deposit funds by card payment, bank transfer or PayPal.

Balance The remaining 80% of the outstanding balance will be due exactly 6 weeks prior to arrival. For Bookings within less than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of the Booking including any applicable security deposit.

Gas supplied for heating, hot water, cooker and fridge freezer.

Refundable Security Deposit based on the insurance excess for drivers will be added to any final balance payment you will be due. The customer agrees to keep the motorhome and all the fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property in the like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the hire. The customer  must report any damage immediately so repair can be quickly arranged, and customer is liable for any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the period of lease. The property and all fitments, furniture, utensils and equipment etc., must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the period of lease. The Refundable Security Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay subject to there being no claim on it.

A £10 administration charge is levied for any alteration to confirmed booking date.

Cancellation If you have to cancel the holiday booking for any reason, immediate notification to the Agent is required by telephone or email and must be confirmed in writing (email or letter). The cancellation will be acknowledged by the Agent by email or in writing. Once a booking is confirmed you are liable for the cost as detailed:

The deposit is non-refundable.

Time until start of stay Amount to charge:

  • 1 week or less 100.00 % of booking
  • 2 weeks or less 85.00 % of booking
  • 3 weeks or less 60.00 % of booking
  • 4 weeks or less 40.00 % of booking
  • 5 weeks or less 30.00 % of booking

If the payment has been made in full when the booking is cancelled, there will only be a discretionary refund if a new customer books the cancelled booking. Refund will be minus administration costs.
